Return Policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You may return any purchase for a full refund, less shipping/insurance charges, as long as the following requirements are met:
• The return is shipped within 10 days of receipt of the purchase as indicated by the shipping carrier tracking information.
• No original tags/seals have been removed.
• The item has not been damaged, worn, altered, stained or washed.
• The item was not marked or identified as a “final sale” or "not eligible for return" on either the product webpage or product tag.
*Items purchased at retail stores cannot be returned directly to Vivloe. Returns must be made at the purchase point.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Vivloe reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within two weeks of receipt of returned goods. Your receipt of the refund may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or if you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Vivloe will provide a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return. Email customerservice@vivloe.com to make arrangements.
EXCHANGES
We cannot automatically process exchanges at this time on the website. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on Vivloe.com. You may place your reorder at any time. To expedite an exchange, please contact customerservice@vivloe.com.
GIFT RETURNS
If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on Vivloe.com, you may exchange the merchandise for a Vivloe credit toward another purchase. The credit does not expire. Or, you can choose to refund the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact Vivloe Customer Service by email at customerservice@vivloe.com for further assistance.

Preparing Your Package for Return
For your security, please return your package to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address listed below. Vivloe is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.

For your convenience, you may also contact customerservice@vivloe.com for a shipping label, and one will be emailed to you upon authorization of your return. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in accordance with our policy unless waived at the discretion of Vivloe Corp.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Returns for international orders must be handled through our Customer Service. Please email customerservice@vivloe.com and request assistance with your international return. The same refund policy applies to international orders. Arrangements for return shipping costs will be made according to the terms of our refund policy. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
